Sebastiano is a certified IKO/CONI kitesurfing and wingfoil instructor, a soul deeply connected to the sea where he practises kitesurfing, wingfoil, sailing, diving and SUP. After more than twenty years of experience in the world of cybersecurity and telecommunications — today Head of Security Intelligence & Blue Team at BIP CyberSec and a university lecturer on cybersecurity topics — Sebastiano decided to follow the course set by the wind, transforming his greatest passion into a mission: sharing the freedom, energy and awareness that only the sea can offer. His story begins with the Italian Navy, where he sailed on international missions and learned the value of discipline, adaptability and teamwork. But beyond the waves and the ports, it was always the wind that called him. In 2025 he fulfilled his dream, becoming an instructor, uniting the precision of his technical training with the lightness and inspiration of living in the present. Those who meet him on the beach describe him as a teacher who goes beyond technique: a mentor capable of transmitting confidence, enthusiasm and a philosophy of life based on 'living the moment'. Each of his lessons is an invitation to rediscover harmony with nature — to feel the power of the wind, glide on the water with confidence and rediscover yourself through movement. For Sebastiano, kitesurfing and wingfoil are not just sports, but a way of life: a dance with the elements, a balance between strength and flexibility, control and freedom. With his international experience, multidisciplinary training and a smile always ready to welcome, he transforms every session into an authentic, exciting and deeply human experience.
For Cristina, the sea has never been just a backdrop, but a constant calling. Since her teenage years, she preferred the silence of a fishing boat and the colors of sunsets on the horizon to the chaos of parties, nurturing a deep bond with the water that would later lead her to make it her profession. Her sporting journey began with windsurfing, but it was her encounter with kitesurfing that changed her life. Captivated by the adrenaline and the sense of belonging that only a kiter “crew” can create, Cristina decided to turn this devotion into a mission. A certified IKO instructor since 2018, she began teaching in her homeland, Salento, among stretches of white sand and turquoise waters. Her desire to keep growing then took her to Watamu, Kenya, where the challenges of very light wind pushed her to refine an exceptionally subtle technique based on sensitivity and pinpoint precision. What sets Cristina apart is her ability to go beyond teaching: for her, every lesson is an opportunity to share that mix of freedom and pure energy that kiteboarding gives. Seeing a student get up on the board and feel the same emotion that made her fall in love with the sport is still, to this day, her greatest satisfaction.
